Full roster · to end of November
Adds a live calendar that updates itself whenever your shifts change. Do this once. Or add them as a one-off.
Mark the days you can't do
You're available for every patrol day unless you tell us otherwise. Tap Can't on any day below that genuinely doesn't work, and leave the rest alone. The coordinator builds the roster around your Can't days and the shifts you've already claimed, with a fair mix of Saturdays, Sundays, mornings and afternoons.
Off the water
Waverunner 4 Cup
The crew
Done is hours already patrolled. Booked is hours claimed but still to come. Points only count what's done.
What you're playing for
Presented at the wrap-up. Money's nice. The trophy is forever.
An actual, physical, faintly ridiculous trophy. Winner keeps it for the year, gets their name engraved on it, and has to hand it over in person next season.
Reach your fair share of the season's hours and you're in the draw for a $100 voucher — no need to finish top three. Turning up is the whole qualification.
The minor honours
No cash. Purely for the bragging.
Act as someone else
When someone texts you instead of using the app, pick them below — then go to Shifts or My season and do it as if you were them. A gold bar stays at the top until you switch back.
Availability to end of November
Everyone is available unless they've marked a day Can't. Suggest fills every open shift from the rest, balancing hours, Saturdays vs Sundays and mornings vs afternoons. Blockouts take precedence — nobody is put on a Waverunner shift that overlaps one, and same-day double-ups are fine when the times don't clash. Nothing is written until you tap Apply. Existing claims are kept.
Schedule a buddy run
Pick the shift first so you can see which operator they'd be paired with. Check the operator's happy, then assign.
